This 14-day cancellation period begins the day after the goods are delivered to you or a third party designated by you. Once you have informed us of your intention to return the goods, you must send them back to us within 14 days. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with all tags or labels attached. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a faulty product). We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you remain responsible for the goods until we receive them.

Upon receiving the returned goods and confirming they meet the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. If you paid for delivery, we will refund the basic delivery cost (i.e. the least expensive delivery option available at the time of purchase). We are not obliged to refund any upgraded delivery options you may have chosen.

Certain items may be excluded from the right to cancel or return under UK law. These include perishable goods, personalised or custom-made items, sealed items that are not suitable for return once opened (e.g. hygiene products), and digital downloads after access or use has begun.
